Sales Associate – Alpha Motor Club

Alpha Motor Club is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing dealership team. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Experience in dealership sales, retail sales, or B2B sales is highly valued. No minimum experience required — training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of financing is an asset. Bilingual proficiency in Punjabi/Hindi is also an asset.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Conduct high-end and retail vehicle demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Negotiate deals effectively while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
- Support the sales process with marketing initiatives and upselling techniques
- Manage B2B relationships and develop new business opportunities through networking and outreach
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Assist in maintaining organized sales records, follow-up communications, and documentation
- Collaborate with the sales management team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to follow up with leads and nurture ongoing customer relationships
- Support dealership marketing efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership sales environments is an asset
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities in Punjabi/Hindi preferred
- Ability to manage a robust sales pipeline and support high-end sales transactions
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and experience working with diverse client portfolios
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and maintain detailed records
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Familiarity with automotive marketing and promotional strategies
- Strong math skills for calculating deals, financing options, and payment plans
- Professional phone etiquette for engaging prospects and following up on leads
- No minimum experience required; dealership experience preferred but not necessary
Compensation: Commission-based
