Now Hiring: Welder / Machinist (Heavy Equipment)
Semler’s is looking for an experienced Welder / Machinist to support on-road and off-road heavy equipment repairs and fabrication in our dealership environment.
Who we’re looking for:
- Minimum 4 years of welding experience (required)
- Previous line boring experience (required)
- Strong fabrication and machining skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
- Pride in producing high-quality, precise work
Schedule & Work-Life Balance:
- Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 2 × 15-minute paid breaks
- 1 × 1-hour lunch break
- No shift work, no weekends
What you’ll be working with:
- New shop (built in 2019)
- Overhead cranes, proper fixturing, and specialty tooling
- Clean, organized work environment
- Variety of heavy equipment repair and fabrication work
