Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Salesperson to join our dealership team in North York, ON. This is a full-time on-site role. The Car Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs, presenting vehicles, conducting test drives, negotiating deals, and finalizing sales agreements.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of our vehicle inventory
- Following up with leads and prospective customers
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Ensuring a positive and satisfactory customer experience
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Qualifications
- Valid OMVIC Salesperson Licence (required)
- Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s Licence (required)
- No criminal convictions or background issues
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an automotive dealership
- Strong customer satisfaction and customer retention skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience with sales and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for sales
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
