Roles & Responsibilities
As a Moving Service Provider, you will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and professional moving services to customers. Responsibilities include:
- Carefully packing and unpacking customer belongings.
- Loading and unloading furniture, boxes, and household items safely.
- Moving heavy furniture using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Assisting customers with furniture placement and home setup after moving.
- Protecting customer property and belongings from damage.
- Maintaining professional communication before, during, and after each booking.
- Arriving on time and completing jobs efficiently.
- Providing excellent customer service to encourage positive reviews and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Previous moving experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy items.
- Reliable transportation is an asset.
- Moving tools and equipment are an asset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
