My Empower Therapy is a leading award winning pediatric multidisciplinary clinic providing evidence-based, family-centered care. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing team Across 5 thriving clinics. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about pediatric and neurodevelopmental physiotherapy/OT in a collaborative clinical environment.
What You Will Do
- Assess and treat pediatric clients with developmental, neurological, and motor challenges
- Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy including therapeutic exercise, balance, coordination, and mobility training
- Track progress and adjust treatment strategies to ensure clinical outcomes
- Educate parents and caregivers with clear home programs and guidance
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Jane
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, BCBAs behaviour therapists, and clinical leadership
Who We Are Looking For
- Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
- Registered or eligible with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
- Pediatric experience preferred (new grads with strong pediatric interest encouraged to apply)
- Experience with neurodevelopmental conditions is an asset
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
- RASP registration is an asset
