Caregiver – Seniors & Elderly Support
Are you a compassionate individual who enjoys making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for caring and dedicated CAREGIVERS / HCAs (with BC Care Aide Registry number) with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to join our team and provide essential support to seniors and elderly individuals.
This role is perfect for someone who loves building meaningful connections while helping clients enjoy everyday outings - whether it’s accompanying them to medical appointments, pharmacy visits, grocery shopping, coffee dates, scenic drives, or a relaxing stroll through the mall.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, shopping, and community outings, based on the client’s needs and family requests
- Support mobility and encourage social engagement
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor health changes
- Provide dementia and hospice care with compassion
- Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe environment
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Caregiver
- Registered Health Care Assistant (HCA) - preferred
- Current registration with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry in good standing
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (required)
- Vehicle must carry valid liability insurance, including business-use coverage, with a minimum of $2 million liability coverage
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Food Safe Certification
- WHMIS Certification
- Compassion, patience, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in senior care is an asset
