This posting is for Crew Chief. This means you will lead a crew of 1-2 staff. Driving a Ford Ranger, extended cab pickup with a 16' trailer behind it is mandatory. Please only apply if you can tow a trailer.
The job involves mainly soft-scaping, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, tree pruning, gardening, junk removal and the like. You should be comfortable using ladders. Extension and Orchard. You should be presentable, have a happy, positive energy and be assertive and comfortable giving direction and feedback to staff.
Start date will be in the next couple weeks. Work days are typically about 8 -10 hours long. You may work as much overtime and as many holidays as you like. We have enough work that we do not need to close down over the winter months.
The work day begins and ends in North Vancouver near the transfer station. We typically work from Capilano road to deep cove with one day per week being a Vancouver route.

Compensation will vary depending on your previous experience level of the skills required for the position. The range is Between $30-$35 per hour depending on your experience and skills.
