Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Nurse Injector to join our aesthetic and wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, excellent communication skills, and experience with anesthetic injections.
This role offers a unique opportunity providing services in both aesthetic medicine and health & wellness services such as IV infusions, bloodwork and other primary care services.
This provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on elevating client confidence and aesthetic enhancements with customized wellness plans to support full body health. The nurse will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and personalized treatments, while delivering exceptional client services. Prior experience with procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic injectables is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform injectable procedures including neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical treatments with precision and care
- Perform Wellness treatments such as IV infusions, bloodwork, injections and more
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic goals and medical histories
- Educate clients about treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions
- Maintain strict adherence to medical directives, policies & procedures to ensure client safety
- Provide excellent client services by creating a welcoming and professional environment
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and answering client inquiries
- Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education and training
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and high levels of client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (RN or RPN) with experience in cosmetic or aesthetic procedures preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of infection control practices in clinical settings
- Experience with retail sales, product demos, or selling is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and build rapport with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
**Compensation is hourly plus commission, based on experience, with room for growth.
