Role and Responsibilities
Our Burnaby counselling office is looking for you, an experienced Registered Clinical Counsellor. You are registered with the BCACC as a BC registered counsellor and have the proper credentials to prove this. You will be responsible for providing clinical counselling services to our clientele. The successful incumbent will manage a case load of clients and be available for a minimum amount of weekly session hours with our clinic.
Day-to-day role includes the following:
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide clinical counselling services to individuals, couples, and families
- Complete notes and documentation for each counselling session
- Ongoing communication with clients
- Participate in and hold clinical workshops and group therapies
- Be able to do clinical marketing
- Be able to provide in-person counselling upon request at our clinic
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Clinical Counsellor through the BCACC
- Able to speak Cantonese & Mandarin will be an assest
- Have 3+ years of experience working as a Clinical Counsellor
- Ability to work independently from home or in an office on weekdays between 10 am and 6 pm
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Oral skills in Mandarin and Mandarin (preferred)

Salary: $47-$52 per hour (Base Salary with Commission)*(Base Salary varies depending on clinical experience)
The office is open Monday through Friday, but you can book sessions outside of regular office hours if needed. We are closed for business on Sundays and stat holidays.
