Project Coordinator (PC)
Position Overview
The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for ensuring every project moves smoothly from start to
finish. Working closely with Executive Producers (EPs), creative specialists, clients, and
freelancers, the PC coordinates schedules, communication, deliverables, revisions, and project
documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Executive Producers throughout the full lifecycle of multiple projects.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation and production records.
- Track client feedback, revisions, approvals, and outstanding action items.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, freelancers, and internal staff.
- Ensure assets are received, organized, and distributed appropriately.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
- Assist with project budgeting, invoicing support, and administrative tasks as required.
- Contribute to improving internal systems, workflows, and documentation.

Qualifications
Experience coordinating projects, administration, client service, or operations is considered an asset. Experience in media, production, or creative industries is beneficial but not required. We are willing to train exceptional candidates with strong organizational abilities.

Pay: $41,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
