Full time evening Short Line Cook – Shelly’s Indigenous Bistro
Location: 1364 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB
Shelly’s Indigenous Bistro is hiring a Short Line Cook for our fast-paced takeout, delivery, and catering kitchen. We’re looking for someone who can handle multiple tickets at once (up to 5) and cook burgers, fries, and other menu items quickly and consistently.
Responsibilities
- Cook burgers, fries, and menu items to standard
- Manage 5+ orders at a time
- Maintain a clean work area
- Follow food safety procedures
- Assist with prep, restocking, and closing
- Support catering as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or short-order cook (required)
- Able to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

- Full-time evenings
