Tracey's Landscaping has been a leader in the Landscape Construction industry for over 20 years. We take pride in our work serving our residential and commercial clients around HRM. We are looking to add a reliable, experienced and professional Landscape Construction Foreman to our team.
Must have 3 years experience supervising a landscape construction crew, including mentoring and training new employees as required on safety conscious job sites.
Represent the company with excellent communication skills and professionalism when dealing with customers, employees and other trades on jobsites. Must conduct themselves, and hold their crew to the highest professional standards in a courteous manner.
Properly preparing job site, managing the delivery of and access to needed materials, monitoring progress and ensuring project is completed within the mandated time frame.
Should have knowledge of product and experience in installing retaining walls, pavers, patios and decks among other hardscape projects as required. Should be able to read and interpret design plans and implement.
Will be responsible for a winter operations snow and ice removal crew during the winter. Should have experience plowing with a 1/2 ton truck, skid steer or loader as required.
Will follow all company and government health and safety regulations and make sure job site is in compliance and all crew are following guidelines and using PPE as needed.
The successful candidate will have a valid drivers license and clean abstract.
Will have at least 3 years experience as a crew leader in the field of landscape construction and excellent time management skills. Must have proven ability to complete projects on time and to company and customer quality standards.
