Inside Sales — Building Finishing Products
Full‑Time or Part‑Time | Monday–Friday
If you know your way around wood, finishes, or a job site—and you still enjoy talking shop—this might be a great fit.
Westcoast Moulding & Millwork is looking for someone to join our inside sales team. This role is all about helping builders, contractors, and renovators find the right finishing products for their projects—from mouldings and doors to stairs, millwork, and custom architectural pieces.
About the Role
You’ll be working with customers who often already know what they’re building—we help them figure out how to finish it properly. That means answering questions, solving problems, preparing orders, and making sure details don’t get missed.
We’re open to:
- Full‑time applicants, or
- Part‑time candidates, especially semi‑retired woodworkers or hands‑on tradespeople who want to stay connected to the industry without being on the tools every day.
Who We Are
Westcoast Moulding & Millwork has been around long enough to know what we’re doing—and young enough to keep improving how we do it.
- We manufacture, distribute, and retail finishing products for the construction industry
- We carry the largest selection of stock moulding profiles in Western Canada
- We’ve earned multiple industry awards, but what matters more to us is repeat customers
- We’re growing, busy, and well‑established—without being rigid or old‑school
- Most importantly: people here genuinely work well together
This is a professional company with a positive atmosphere and a strong team culture.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
- Have experience in woodworking, finishing, millwork, or building products
- Are detail‑oriented and don’t mind double‑checking measurements or specs
- Enjoy problem‑solving and helping customers get it right
- Are comfortable using computers and order systems
- Want steady work, Monday to Friday, with your weekends free
- Care about being treated like a person, not just a position
What You Can Expect
- Stable employment with a growing company
- Training and opportunities to expand your product knowledge
- A respectful, team‑based work environment
- Room to grow if you want it
If you’ve spent time in the trade and are looking for something a bit different—but still familiar—we’d like to hear from you.
