What You’ll Do
- Manage customer accounts with professionalism and accuracy
- Handle inquiries, quotes, and order processing from start to finish
- Recommend products, decoration methods, and branding solutions based on client needs
- Coordinate with production to ensure timelines, details, and artwork are correct
- Support walk‑in customers and maintain a welcoming showroom environment
- Troubleshoot issues, follow up proactively, and maintain strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and client‑facing
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast‑paced workflow
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Comfortable with business software (SAGE)
- Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented
- Experience in promotional products, apparel decoration, or print production is an asset
