Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate construction of products.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and welding equipment to assemble components according to specifications.
- Operate machinery such as machining tools and forklifts safely and efficiently within the manufacturing environment.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling materials, tools, and equipment to maintain a secure workspace.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to verify dimensions and fit using precision measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and meet production deadlines.
- Maintain organized workstations and document assembly progress accurately for quality assurance purposes.
Skills
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams with attention to detail.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in machining, welding, and using hand and power tools.
- Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools for precise assembly work.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and schematics interpretation.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously while working with machinery and heavy equipment.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
