Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Oceanside Medical Aesthetics. Located in Ambleside, BC this role is essential for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to enhance client wellness and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services offered.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the clinic.
- Provide information about treatments and products to clients.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle client payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience.
- Prepare Technician rooms
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a medical or hospitality setting.
- knowledge on some medical grade products and treatments (micro-needling, laser, injectables, etc)
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with phone systems and scheduling software is preferred.
