Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an outstanding vehicle purchasing experience.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, and text.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay up to date on vehicle features, financing options, and dealership promotions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Sales experience is an asset but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
