Lily’s House Inc is seeking a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) who is committed to delivering high‑quality, play‑based learning experiences and maintaining a warm, supportive environment for children and families. The ideal candidate brings strong pedagogical knowledge, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for early learning, while also consistently upholding the Centre’s program statement, policies, and procedures.
As an RECE, you will observe children daily, document their development, and maintain up‑to‑date portfolios that reflect their learning. You will plan and implement engaging activities across all learning domains. This includes math, science, cognitive development, language, and block play, while applying How Does Learning Happen? and ELECT in your practice. Daily indoor/outdoor planning and interpretation must be posted at the entrance for families, and all child updates are shared with parents through the Lillio app.
This role also includes maintaining accurate emergency contact information, attending monthly staff meetings, and conducting a fire drill during the first week of each month. We’re looking for an educator who values professionalism, communication, and teamwork, and who is dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences every day.
Pay: $26.50 per hour
