Our client is looking for an experienced Applicator to deliver accurate and efficient crop input applications while supporting sustainable farming practices.

Responsibilities:
- Operate dry and liquid application equipment using advanced onboard technology to ensure safe, timely, and accurate applications of fertilizers, crop nutrition products, and crop protection products.
- Perform daily inspections, maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of equipment to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and uptime.
- Independently operate application equipment with precision, including GPS setup, software management, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
- Ensure accurate product loading, handling, transportation, and application in compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
- Utilize GPS guidance systems, application controllers, and mapping software to optimize application performance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and seasonal applicators as needed.
- Take ownership of equipment care, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure readiness for the next shift.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- 3+ years of experience operating agricultural equipment (dry and liquid application experience considered a strong asset).
- Strong mechanical skills including troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs.
- Experience with GPS guidance systems, precision agriculture technology, and application software.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced.
- Able to work in a seasonal environment with extended hours.
- Pesticide applicator certification an asset.
