Store Manager - Retail Grocery
We’re a growing, community-focused grocery business, proudly BC and family owned, with locations across Western Canada. We’re looking for experienced Store Managers to lead our teams as we continue to expand.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the day-to-day operations of a full-service grocery store
Drive sales, control expenses, and deliver strong store performance
Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
Oversee inventory, ordering, and merchandising across all departments
Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and store presentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
Stay hands-on - supporting teams across bakery, produce, deli and meat departments

What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of grocery retail management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, and profitability
- A hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
