Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced lawn mower laborer to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and construction-related tasks. This role involves operating various equipment and tools to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces, ensuring high-quality results for our clients. The position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment,with dynamic people,applying mechanical knowledge and gardening skills to deliver exceptional landscape services. We have a low turnover rate looking for somebody long-term with valid driver's license
Responsibilities
● able to drive a truck with trailer or willing to learn
- Operate lawn mowers, small equipment, and power tools to perform mowing, trimming, and landscaping tasks
- need valid driver's license
- May perform routine landscape maintenance may include edging, fertilizing, and debris removal
- Support construction projects related to landscape design or outdoor structures as needed
- Maintain equipment through basic repairs and preventive maintenance
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet client expectations
Experience
● Need valid driver's license also able to haul trailer
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance lawn mowing, gardening, is highly preferred
- Construction experience or background in mechanical maintenance will be advantageous
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and general maintenance tasks is essential
- Previous work involving landscape or outdoor construction projects is beneficial
- Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively in outdoor environments
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
