Aero Delivery is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Support team member to join our Saskatoon branch. This position plays an important role in supporting our daily transportation and warehouse operations while delivering exceptional service to our customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
As an Administration Support team member, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and processing customer orders
- Providing backup support for dispatch operations
- Assisting with warehouse data entry and inventory administration
- Preparing and processing customer invoices
- Recording and processing driver payroll information
- Responding to customer inquiries and correspondence
- Working collaboratively with team members to support Aero Delivery's operational goals
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
The following qualifications are considered assets:
- Experience implementing or transitioning warehouse inventory management systems
- Previous invoicing or accounting support experience
- Warehouse operations experience
- Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry
