Responsibilities
- Visit customer locations to provide product information, support, and service.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience.
- Assist customers with the review process if needed.
- Answer basic questions about our company and services.
- Record the outcome of each customer visit.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area to meet customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about service features and benefits.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario driver's license.
- Proven experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and documentation efficiently.
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation for traveling between customer sites as required.
- Smartphone with data access.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
This role is vital in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting our sales objectives through effective field engagement.
Pay: $1,900.00-$2,000.00 per month
