We are seeking a skilled and personable Laser Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and possess a strong background in beauty and skincare treatments. This role involves performing laser procedures, assisting clients with their aesthetic goals, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Experience in customer service, sanitation, and retail sales is highly valued. The Laser Technician will play a vital role in delivering high-quality treatments while promoting our range of services and products.
Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic laser treatments with precision and care
- Educate clients on treatment options, procedures, and post-care instructions to ensure satisfaction and safety
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Assist with product demos, upselling skincare products, and promoting additional services to enhance client results
- Support front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling inquiries
- Stay updated on the latest industry techniques and product offerings through ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- Prior experience or training in body waxing,threading but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and team members effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within the beauty or medical spa industry
- Ability to perform retail sales and upselling to enhance client experience and practice revenue
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is advantageous
- Certification or licensing in laser treatments preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary credentials if required by local regulations
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
