Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Car Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in high-end and retail car sales, and exceptional communication abilities. This role involves managing the entire sales process, developing effective marketing strategies, and building lasting relationships with customers. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and other languages is highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele. The Car Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting dealership objectives through strategic planning and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets through effective coaching and support.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, including B2B sales initiatives and upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new customers and expand market reach, including networking and community engagement.
- Negotiate deals with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
- Oversee customer service interactions, ensuring professional communication via phone, email, and in person with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote dealership offerings through various channels, including social media and local advertising campaigns.
- Support sales support functions such as inventory management, vehicle presentation, and promotional events.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using organizational tools.
- Provide ongoing training to team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, particularly within dealership, retail, or high-end car sales.
- Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, upselling, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, deal closing, and achieving sales targets.
- Experience with sales support, marketing, and developing effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards, dealership experience, and familiarity with retail sales processes is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with professionalism in customer service interactions.

Pay: $46,558.34-$151,349.93 per year
