We are a partner firm working with major telecommunications providers to deliver best-in-class products and services directly to consumers. In this Client Sales Representative role, you’ll be the face of our partner’s brand, helping customers in person understand their options, guiding them through service offerings, and ensuring a smooth enrollment and account setup experience.
As a Client Sales Representative, you will engage one-on-one with customers in person, assess their needs, present relevant telecommunications solutions (wireless, internet, TV packages, home connectivity services), and complete the account setup/enrollment process. The Client Sales Representative will combine strong sales skills with outstanding customer service to build trust, close enrollments, and represent the client’s brand with professionalism in face-to-face interactions.
Client Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing customers in person, initiating conversations, building rapport, and educating them about the telecommunication services available as a Client Sales Representative.
- Ask questions to understand current service gaps, budget, usage, and goals, then recommend the optimal service package.
- Present product/service features, benefits, pricing, promotions, and enrollment terms clearly and accurately as a Client Sales Representative.
- The Client Sales Representative will guide customers through the full enrollment process. Verify eligibility, collect required documentation, complete necessary forms/agreements, process activation, and account setup.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, troubleshooting simple service/eligibility issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- As a Client Sales Representative, you will maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions, account details, enrollment status, and follow-up tasks in CRM or other reporting tools.
- Meet and/or exceed individual and team targets for new enrollments, upgrades, or account conversions while maintaining high customer experience standards.
- Stay up to date on current service offerings, promotional campaigns, partner policies, and competitor activity to provide informed recommendations.
Client Sales Representative Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail environment preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with customers face-to-face confidently and professionally.
- Strong listening skills withthe ability to assess customer needs, explain technical/service details in simple terms, and make recommendations.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.

Pay: $34,400.00-$62,039.46 per year
