We are seeking a skilled and personable Lash Technician to join our beauty team at Moon Salon on a part-time, commission-based basis. Duties
- Perform lash extension services including classic, hybrid, and volume sets with precision and attention to detail
- Provide lash fills, removals, and lash maintenance services
- Conduct client consultations to determine desired lash styles and recommend suitable options
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth client flow
- Stay updated on the latest lash techniques, trends, and products through ongoing education
- Educate clients on proper lash aftercare to ensure long-lasting results
Requirements / Experience
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Lash Technician or in a similar professional salon setting
- Must have a valid lash technician certification/license (required)
- Strong knowledge of lash application techniques, safety, and sanitation standards
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity in lash styling
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude
- Experience with additional beauty services (such as brows or waxing) is an asset but not required
