Summary
We are seeking experienced Class 1 drivers who are owner operators to join Hi-Way 13 Transport in Canada. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver essential oilfield freight efficiently and safely from our base in the western and northern regions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery while adhering to safety regulations.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic automotive repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of working hours and cargo details.
- Collaborate with dispatchers to optimize routes and schedules.
- Uphold safety standards at all times during operations.
- Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license.
- Own operating authority
- Proven experience as an owner operator in the oilfield or freight industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial driving regulations.
- Excellent safety record.
- Good mechanical skills for basic automotive repairs.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
