Job Description
We are looking for customer-oriented individuals who are motivated and enthusiastic about assisting customers with our products and services. Due to the extensive training and onboarding involved in this role, we are seeking candidates who are interested in building a long-term career and growing with the company over time.
The Customer Support Specialist (CSS) is responsible for performing data entry accurately and efficiently, providing customer support over the phone using strong communication skills, and assisting with the confirmation and processing of online orders. To be successful in this role, you should be an outgoing and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to provide clear direction, strong computer proficiency, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and routine maintenance of customer accounts.
- Follow up with stores to confirm the dispatch of online orders.
- Provide technical support to customers (training provided).
- Use professional phone etiquette to greet callers, gather information, address customer needs, and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone and email.
- Identify customer needs and assist customers in navigating specific features.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are addressed and resolved.
- Perform tasks related to Point of Sale (POS) integrations.
- Complete customer menu setups for e-commerce websites.
- Assist supervisors with various account-related duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software applications and systems.
- Responsible, reliable, and punctual, with excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is considered an asset.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is an asset.
The role is best suited for individuals seeking long-term employment rather than a short-term or transitional position
Must be available for 5 full time shifts per week, totaling 40 hours, and maintain open availability to work on any day of the week including weekends and holidays. Shift structures vary from opening (7:30 am to 3:30 pm), mid (typically 11am to 7pm), and close (typically 3pm to 11pm).
