Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative/Accounts Manager to join our Automotive Aftermarket Parts growing team. This role involves developing new business opportunities and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, business development experience, and a proven track record in B2B sales and automotive parts sales knowledge. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage accounts, and forecast sales performance
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform sales strategies
- Lead account management efforts by providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
- Analytical skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer insights

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
