redeemed exteriors is looking for a door-to-door appointment setter for permanent LED’s. This is an entry level sales role. Your job would be to set appointments with homeowners for your salesman to sell permanent outdoor track lighting. After 6 weeks of appointment setting you will be given the opportunity to self set your own appointments to 2-3x your earnings.
Responsibilities
- Approach residential prospects confidently and professionally to introduce our products and services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings, tailoring your pitch to each potential customer’s needs.
- Use negotiation skills to address questions, overcome objections, and secure interest or appointments.
- Collect accurate customer information and schedule follow-up meetings or consultations.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads and progress.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies and share insights from door-to-door engagements.
- Uphold a positive brand image through courteous, respectful, and professional interactions at all times.
Experience
- Prior experience in D2D or B2B sales, telemarketing, or outside sales is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, customer service, or technical sales roles.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for reaching diverse communities.
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred.
- Experience in marketing or business development enhances your ability to connect with prospects effectively.
- Previous work involving technology sales or technical product demonstrations is advantageous but not required.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Pay: $3,500.00-$10,000.00 per month
