Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D for project tracking and documentation.
- Support the preparation of construction estimates and cost analysis using estimating tools.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Monitor project progress and assist in maintaining adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Assist in managing project documentation, change orders, and RFIs to ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to verify work quality and safety standards are met.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and site layout planning.
- Strong project management skills with an emphasis on time management and organization.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics accurately.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams and clients.
- Prior construction experience is preferred and a keen willingness to learn.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
