Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide guidance on product selection based on individual preferences and needs.
- Maintain an organized and clean display of cannabis products, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Educate customers about various strains, consumption methods, and effects of different products.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and promote new products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to all regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products, ensuring compliance at all times.
