UROSPOT is a private pelvic health clinic located on Vancouver's North Shore and in Vancouver at Granville and 16th. We are currently hiring for our NEW North Shore location! We are a modern approach to pelvic health and wellness. We use non-invasive, technology to strengthen pelvic floors and end incontinence struggles for our clients. Our clients stay fully clothed while the technology does all the work. It’s new. It’s proven. It’s technology for women’s healthcare…AND IT'S ABOUT TIME!
What Is The Role:
We call this position a "Freedom Provider" because you will be helping our clients say goodbye bladder leaks and urgency, and hello to freedom and confidence!
Leveraging your kinesiology knowledge, this role EDUCATES our clients on their path to freedom, discussing pelvic floor physiology, listening to our client's challenges and delivering ANSWERS and SOLUTIONS with a high degree of EMPATHY and COMPASSION for our clients.
This role will also requires working some shifts at our front desk and completing clinic opening and closing responsibilities. As the first person to greet our guests, a client first persona and approach to the day is always required. While you are working at our front desk, organizational skills, juggling inbound calls, scheduling clients and updating files in a calm, effortless and always positive manner is a MUST HAVE for this role.

You are passionate about helping to change lives. Using your healthcare & wellness (kinesiology, PTA/OTA, or other), you lead our clients through the treatment protocol at UROSPOT.
You consistently portray a polished and professional persona at our UROSPOT locations. Your warm approach instantly makes people feel comfortable. You are an empathetic listener. You enjoy building relationships with people while educating and coaching to make positive changes in their lives. You effortlessly handle calls and scheduling with a smile and help with opening and closing our clinic with the same care and attention as your own home.
You love to learn. At UROSPOT, you’ll become a subject matter expert on our non-invasive, disruptive technology that strengthens pelvic floors and ends incontinence struggles for our clients. Your attention to detail will ensure a meaningful brand experience every time you interact with a client.

We are planning to expand across the lower mainland, providing future growth opportunities. There is no prerequisite training. A strong kinesiology background is preferred for this role.
Our North Shore location is conveniently located on 13th and Londsdale, with convenient transit access, pay parking and limited free street parking within the neighbouring community - note, parking is not provided for this role).
