We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Live in Supportive Roommate to live in our home. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide companionship, assistance, in a shared living environment. Duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
- Provide daily support, including scheduling and coordinating activities.
- Support household routines such as person care, shopping, cooking and shared cleaning.
- Offer companionship and emotional support while respecting personal boundaries
- Collaborate to resolve issues promptly and efficiently
Skills
- demonstrate organizational skills and responsibility
- A background in persons with disabilities who possess, leadership, empathy, kindness and thinking skills. Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to maintenance and safety challenges
