Experienced, motivated individuals will be considered for a position with ASPEN as an Instructor Therapist for our WEST location.
ASPEN provides highly individualized ABA therapy programs for young learners on the autism spectrum. Our learners range from ages 1-18, and our clinic requires more enthusiastic therapists to add to the team.

*Pay range is based on experience in an ABA-specific clinical setting and education.
Duties include:
- Direct 1:1 therapy with young learners using evidence-based practices with clear understanding of the basic principles of applied behaviour analysis (both in the home and clinic setting)
- Strictly adhering to the guidance of supervising BCBA/RBA's regulated by the College of Psychologists of Ontario when implementing any programs
- Implementation and understanding of ABA teaching procedures to teach language, communication, social skills, academic development, fine/gross motor development, self-regulation, play skills, etc.
- Data recording, analysis, and graphing
- Participation in family and team meetings
- Regular communication with supervisors
- Team collaboration and ethical practices as guided by the BACB/CPBAO and regulatory standards of the College of Psychologists of Ontario
- Ability to be create a FUN and engaging teaching and therapeutic environment
- Ability to maintain a safe space for young learners with disabilities or challenging behaviours
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace
- Maintain organized materials and data
Essential Requirements:
- Updated police records check for the vulnerable sector
Preferred Requirements:
- Standard First Aid/CPR
- RBT coursework completion
- Post-secondary education in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood Education, Developmental Service Work, Autism and Behavioural Science, Behavioural Science, or related
- Driver's license and access to vehicle
