The Guest Service Agent is the first person our guests come in contact with so it is important for our agents to be approachable, pleasant, upbeat and professional when welcoming guests on arrival.
We are looking for candidates who are friendly and outgoing, reliable, possess a strong work ethic, have good problem solving skills, and who are great team players. In addition to greeting and providing world class customer service to our guests, you will be responsible for profiency in all aspects of our guest reservation system, cash handling and balancing, adhering to emergency and safety procedures, light clerical and housekeeping duties as well as some day to day tasks that will change based on demand. You will also be responsible for signing guests up for our loyalty program so that we can provide them with the best possible service today and in the future.
Experience is an asset but not mandatory! If you're the person we're looking for, we will happily provide all the training you need to be a part of the Chateau Moncton family.
That being said, STRONG PREFERENCE GIVEN IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN OPERA OR OPERA CLOUD.
