Job Summary
Skyland Realty is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Real Estate Assistant to provide support to our REALTORS® and assist with daily brokerage activities.
This position is well-suited for individuals who are passionate about real estate and eager to gain practical industry experience in a professional and fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements: Applicants must be currently enrolled in Ontario real estate courses (completed level 4) or completed the courses.
Licensing: An active Ontario Real Estate License (Salesperson or Broker) is considered a strong asset. Candidates who are currently progressing through the RECO licensing process are also encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience working with MLS systems, CRM platforms, or other real estate software is an asset. Basic technical troubleshooting skills are preferred.
Key Qualifications: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, strong attention to detail, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the professionalism required to interact with clients, agents, and industry partners.
Driver's License & Availability: A valid Driver's License is required. Candidates must be available to support weekend open houses and occasional brokerage-related events.
