- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture to maintain a tidy environment
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens
- Restock supplies and toiletries in guest rooms as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for timely resolution
Experience:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory; onsite training will be provided
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and procedures is beneficial
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on meeting guest expectations
