Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Set up and clear tables, restock supplies, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Upsell menu items and enhance the guest experience.
- Handle cash transactions and cashiering duties accurately.
- Assist with basic food preparation when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- POS experience, especially Micros POS, is an asset.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends.
