ICR is currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and play a key role within our Property Management division. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and making a tangible impact every day.
As a Commercial Property Manager, you’ll be the central point of connection between property owners, tenants, contractors, and internal teams. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and long-term planning of commercial assets—ensuring each property is safe, efficient, compliant, and performing at its best.
This role blends relationship management, financial oversight, technical building knowledge, and leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Client & Tenant Relations
- Act as the primary liaison between owners and tenants
- Build strong, trusted relationships through clear communication and responsiveness
- Meet regularly with clients to review performance, satisfaction, and improvement opportunities
Property Operations & Oversight
- Conduct regular inspections of tenant spaces, common areas, building exteriors, and systems
- Oversee maintenance, security, landscaping, snow removal, HVAC, ventilation, and risk management
Financial & Asset Management
- Develop and manage operating budgets, capital budgets, and cash flow projections
- Review monthly financial statements, investigate variances, and support collections
- Partner with accounting to ensure properties meet or exceed annual financial and performance goals
Leasing & Compliance
- Assist with leasing strategies to support occupancy and revenue targets
- Administer commercial leases, including billing reviews, clause interpretation, vacancy reporting, and compliance enforcement
Capital Projects & Improvements
- Plan and manage capital projects such as HVAC replacements, roofing, and parking lot upgrades
- Lead tenant improvement and renovation projects from planning through completion
- Request quotes, award contracts, oversee work, and approve invoices
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to standard
What You Bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A leadership mindset with accountability and ownership
- Solid knowledge of commercial real estate, including finance, leasing, construction, legal concepts, and tenant relations
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
