Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with a valid 313A license to join our team. Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with safety standards and building codes
- Perform routine maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and leak repairs
- Weld components as needed for system repairs or installations
- Operate and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation and troubleshooting of HVAC units
- Work with boilers, appliances, and other mechanical systems to ensure proper functioning
- Assist in construction projects involving HVAC infrastructure upgrades or new installations
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each service call
Skills
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician with valid 313A license
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, boilers, plumbing, and appliances
- Skilled in welding, piping work, and schematics interpretation
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently
- Experience with maintenance procedures for various HVAC equipment
- Construction experience is a plus for installation projects
- Mechanical or mechanic experience with a focus on system diagnostics and repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
