Experienced Construction Worker / Carpenter
Cheroke Modular Homes is looking for an experienced construction worker with strong residential construction experience. We are seeking someone who is skilled in framing and general carpentry for both modular and site-built homes.
Responsibilities
- Wall, floor, and roof framing
- Installation of LVL beams and TJI joists
- Sheathing (OSB and plywood)
- Siding installation
- Roofing
- Window and door installation
- Drywall installation and taping
- Interior trim and finish carpentry
- General carpentry and construction work
- Assisting with the construction of modular and site-built homes
- Other construction-related duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on residential construction experience
- Strong framing and general carpentry skills
- Experience building houses, sheds, or similar structures
- Ability to read and follow blueprints
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Own transportation is an asset
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
