We’re looking for Movers/Helpers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone physically strong, reliable, and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. No driving experience required — just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Your Role as a Mover/Helper
- Assist drivers and team members in loading and unloading furniture and household goods.
- Wrap, protect, disassemble, and reassemble items as required.
- Carry and maneuver heavy items (50–75 lbs) safely, often through stairs and tight spaces.
- Use moving equipment such as dollies, straps, and blankets.
- Work closely with your crew to ensure moves are efficient, safe and professional.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying 50–75 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous moving, warehouse or general labour experience is an asset, but not required — we provide training.
- Punctual, dependable, and hardworking.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Professional, respectful, and customer-focused attitude.
- A reliable way to commute to dispatch/job sites.
