Our Vision
At the Centre for Mind-Body Psychotherapy, we believe that healing happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and connected—to themselves, to others, and to their own inner resilience.
Our vision is to create a space where children and adolescents, adults, couples, and families can move beyond survival, heal the wounds of the past, strengthen relationships, and build more meaningful, fulfilling lives. Through compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic care, we help people reconnect with their strengths, restore balance, and create lasting change.
Our Core Values
Compassion First
Every person has a story. We strive to meet each client with warmth, empathy, respect, and genuine curiosity, creating a space where they feel safe enough to explore, heal, and grow.
Trauma-Informed Care
We understand that many struggles make sense in the context of life's experiences. We prioritize safety, collaboration, and empowerment, helping clients move at a pace that honours their unique journey.
Mind-Body Healing
Emotional well-being is deeply connected to the body, nervous system, relationships, and life experiences. We embrace a holistic approach that recognizes and nurtures these connections.
Excellence in Care
We are committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based therapy informed by ongoing learning, clinical expertise, and best practices in the field.
Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging
We welcome people of all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and lived experiences. We believe healing flourishes in spaces where people feel respected, valued, and free to be themselves.

We believe people are capable of remarkable healing and transformation. Our role is to help clients access their inner strengths, navigate life's challenges, and move toward lives that feel more aligned, connected, and fulfilling.
