We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our Milton team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting preferrably in a manufactruing/assembly enviornmnet, possess strong time management skills, and be proficient in following instructions and product specific processes.
- Prepare propduct and work area for painting
- Mix, match, and apply paints and other finishes to various surfaces of entry and garage door product lines
- Read and interpret instructions and directions to determine the layout of a project, proper storing/drying area, ensure higherst quality control, staging and drying areas for product audit
- Utilize hand tools and paint booth equipment
- Perform industrial painting on various structures (polypropelene, PCAVS, aluminum)
- Proven experience as Industrial Painter with expertise in industrial environment, manufacturing/assembly. Experience in building products manufactruing would be ideal.
- Excellent written skills and ability to follow written instructions and product information procedures
- Knowledge of working with plastics and aliuminum frames
- Familiarity with hand tools used in painting projects, paint booth, paint gun, paint related personal protective equipment, paint booth safety and maintenance
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Addistional industrial and tools skills are an asset
- Ability to build or construct as needed
