The chosen individual will work closely with the production management team to become implemented with our current systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Maximize the profit on each project
- Minimize expense to the company
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Work with existing Production Manager daily to determine priorities
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish
- Delegate duties and responsibilities to crew leaders
- Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower required for each project
- Order materials from suppliers and organize dumpsters from disposal companies
- Determine and allocate resources to ensure that they are available as needed throughout each project
- Ensure quantity take-offs from estimators are accurate
- Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate daily check-ins with crew leaders to ensure all required materials and equipment are on site
- Meet with homeowners before project start date to go over work order and confirm scope of work
- Final inspections after project completion to ensure installers meet our company standards of excellence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- Residential Construction: 5 years (required)
- project management: 3 years (preferred)
- Siding & Gutters: 1 year (preferred)
- Windows & Doors: 1 year (preferred)
- Bathrooms: 1 year (preferred)
- Roofing: 1 year (preferred)
