Nilou Lashes is a boutique lash studio in Port Moody built on one standard: flawless work, every time. Our clients expect precision, artistry, and a premium experience from the moment they walk in.
The Opportunity
We are bringing on an independent contractor to cover evening and weekend appointments. You will have access to an established client base, a fully equipped studio, and consistent bookings without the overhead of running your own space. This is a contract position, not employment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Applying classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume lash extensions with precision
- Performing lash lifts and tints as needed
- Conducting client consultations and matching lash style to eye shape and lifestyle
- Educating clients on aftercare and retention
- Maintaining a spotless, sanitized workstation at all times
- Arriving on time for every appointment, no exceptions
- Delivering a warm, professional client experience that drives repeat bookings
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on lash extension experience
- Proficient in classic, hybrid, and volume techniques (mega volume is a strong asset)
- Portfolio required at time of application
- Exceptional isolation technique and clean application
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
- Strong client communication skills
- High standards for cleanliness and sanitation
