What ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience in the pet industry is REQUIRED (pet store, vet clinic, grooming, daycare, etc.)
- A genuine interest in pet health, nutrition, and holistic care
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- The ability to work in a team environment and contribute positively
- A willingness to learn our approach to pet health and nutrition
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Flexibility to work at our Langley location
Key responsibilities of a Bone & Biscuit retail sales associate:
- Assist customers with product selection and pet nutrition guidance
- Provide a high level of customer service and build relationships with clients
- Restock shelves, receive shipments, and maintain store cleanliness
- Support daily store operations and team tasks
