We are currently seeking a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide education on pelvic floor health, bladder and bowel function, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, and related conditions.
- Perform internal and external pelvic floor assessments and treatments (with patient consent and within professional standards).
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Promote patient-centered care and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
- Completion of pelvic health physiotherapy training
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills.
